Terms of Service
Last Updated: February 2026. Please read these terms carefully before accessing our services or submitting forms.
Welcome to Orbitcore. By accessing and using the orbitcore.id website, filling out our contact forms, or exploring our portfolio, you adhere to the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website.
1. B2B Service Agreements
By engaging PT Orbitcore Network Service for Web Development, Custom SaaS, or FTTH Network Design, you agree that:
- Submitting an inquiry via our `/contact` form does not constitute a binding legal contract until a formal Statement of Work (SOW) or Proposal is signed.
- All technical quotations, blueprints, and proposals provided to you are strictly confidential and must not be distributed to third parties.
- We reserve the right to decline any project request that violates local laws or fails to meet our operational criteria.
2. Intellectual Property (IP)
The content displayed on this website, including but not limited to the "Orbitcore" name, logos, UI designs, "Insights" articles, and proprietary code architecture, are the exclusive property of PT Orbitcore Network Service. Visitors are granted a limited viewing license and may not harvest, scrape, or repurpose our content or AI-generated WHT reports without explicit written consent.
3. User Conduct Requirements
When utilizing our public contact forms or career application portals, you explicitly agree to avoid submitting:
- Malicious code, spyware, or infected portfolio links.
- Spam, unsolicited marketing pitches, or automated bot requests.
- Fraudulent personal details or fake company credentials.
Violating these terms will result in immediate IP blacklisting.
4. Payment & Invoicing (B2B Projects)
For commissioned infrastructure and development projects, Orbitcore adheres to structured payment milestones:
- A non-refundable down payment (typically 30-50%) is strictly required before any engineering or design work commences.
- Invoices must be settled within 14 days of issuance. Late payments may incur service suspensions or additional compounded fees.
- All quoted prices are exclusive of applicable local taxes (e.g., VAT) unless explicitly stated in the SOW.
5. Limitation of Liability
Orbitcore provides its digital infrastructure and SaaS platforms on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we guarantee enterprise-grade SLAs for active clients, we shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from third-party server outages, force majeure events, or unauthorized user negligence. Our maximum total liability is strictly capped at the total amount paid by the client in the preceding 3 months.
6. OrbitCore Connect — Internet Service Terms
OrbitCore Connect is a Fiber Optic (FTTH) internet access service provided by PT Orbitcore Network Service. By registering for OrbitCore Connect—either online via orbitcore.id/connect/register or through a printed registration form—you agree to the following terms and conditions:
6.1 Registration & Eligibility
- Applicants must be Indonesian citizens aged 17 years or older and hold a valid KTP (Identity Card).
- The installation address must be within OrbitCore Connect's active coverage area. Coverage is determined solely by our field survey team and is subject to network infrastructure availability.
- Registration does not guarantee immediate installation. After verification and site survey, we will confirm whether the location is serviceable. If the location is deemed unserviceable, any pre-paid installation fees will be refunded in full.
- Applicants must provide accurate personal data including full name, NIK (16-digit national ID number), active phone/WhatsApp number, and a valid installation address. Providing false information may result in cancellation of the registration without refund.
- One residential address may only hold one active OrbitCore Connect subscription at a time, unless approved otherwise by our team.
6.2 Billing, Pro-rata & Payment
Monthly Billing Cycle
- All OrbitCore Connect subscriptions follow a monthly billing cycle with a payment period of the 5th to the 10th of every month.
- Invoices/tagihan are generated automatically via the Customer Portal and/or sent to the customer's registered WhatsApp number.
Pro-rata First Bill
- If a customer registers and activates service mid-month, the first billing will be calculated on a pro-rata (proportional) basis.
- The daily rate is calculated by dividing the chosen package's monthly price by the total number of days in the activation month.
- The first bill equals the daily rate multiplied by the number of remaining days in the activation month, plus any applicable one-time installation fee.
- Starting from the following month, the customer will be billed the full monthly package price.
Installation Fee
- A one-time installation fee is charged upon initial activation. The exact amount varies per package and is clearly displayed on the registration page.
- Some promotional packages may include complimentary (free) installation. This is indicated by a "FREE INSTALL" badge on the package selection.
- The installation fee covers fiber drop cable, ONT (Optical Network Terminal) device installation, and initial network configuration.
Accepted Payment Methods
- Bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri), e-wallets (GoPay, OVO, DANA, ShopeePay), or cash payment to authorized OrbitCore field agents.
- Payment receipts or proof of transfer must be submitted through the Customer Portal or via WhatsApp for confirmation.
⚠️ Late Payment Policy
- Customers who fail to make payment by the 10th of the month will have their internet service temporarily suspended (isolated) effective on the 11th.
- During suspension, the customer's connection will be redirected to a notification page informing them of the overdue payment.
- Service will be restored within 1×24 hours after the outstanding balance is settled and confirmed.
- If payment remains unsettled for more than 30 consecutive days after the suspension date, Orbitcore reserves the right to permanently terminate the subscription and reclaim installed equipment (ONT device).
- No late fees or interest will be charged, but repeated late payments (3 or more incidents within 6 months) may result in a written warning or mandatory deposit requirement.
6.3 Service Suspension & Termination
OrbitCore reserves the right to suspend or terminate your internet service under the following circumstances:
- Non-payment: As described in Section 6.2, failure to pay by the 10th results in automatic suspension on the 11th.
- Abuse of service: Using OrbitCore Connect for illegal activities, operating unauthorized commercial resale of bandwidth, running public servers without approval, or conducting cyberattacks.
- Tampering with equipment: Any unauthorized modification to the ONT device, fiber cable, or network infrastructure installed by OrbitCore will result in immediate service termination and the customer will be liable for repair costs.
- False registration data: If at any point the identity or address provided during registration is found to be fraudulent.
Voluntary Cancellation: Customers may cancel their subscription at any time by contacting our team. If cancellation is requested before the end of a billing month, no partial refund will be issued for the remaining days. The ONT device must be returned within 7 working days; failure to return the device will incur a replacement charge.
6.4 Equipment & Infrastructure
- The ONT (Optical Network Terminal) device installed at the customer's premises remains the property of PT Orbitcore Network Service unless otherwise stated in a promotional agreement.
- The customer is responsible for the safekeeping of the ONT device. Any loss, theft, or physical damage caused by the customer's negligence will result in a device replacement fee.
- OrbitCore technicians may need to access the installation site for maintenance, upgrades, or troubleshooting. The customer agrees to provide reasonable access upon prior notification.
- Indoor cabling and router/Wi-Fi configuration beyond the ONT port are the customer's responsibility unless a premium installation package has been purchased.
- Power supply to the ONT device is the customer's responsibility. Service interruptions caused by power outages at the customer's premises are not the responsibility of OrbitCore.
6.5 Fair Usage & Acceptable Use (Internet)
OrbitCore Connect subscriptions are provided with unlimited data (no FUP cap). However, to maintain fair service quality for all users, the following restrictions apply:
- The internet connection is for personal/household use only. Reselling, redistributing, or commercially sharing the connection with neighbors or other households without Orbitcore's written approval is strictly prohibited.
- Using the internet service for operating data centers, hosting public-facing servers, cryptocurrency mining, or large-scale torrenting that degrades network performance for other users is prohibited.
- OrbitCore strictly prohibits the use of its internet service for accessing or distributing child exploitation material, conducting fraud, launching DDoS attacks, or any activity that violates Indonesian law (UU ITE).
- OrbitCore may implement traffic management policies during peak hours to ensure equitable bandwidth distribution across all active subscribers.
- Speed advertised is the maximum capable speed. Actual speeds may vary depending on device capability, Wi-Fi conditions, number of connected devices, and external factors beyond our network.
7. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
We want our platforms to be a safe space. When using Orbitcore's web infrastructure or SaaS products, you strictly agree NOT to use them for:
- Hosting or spreading malware, viruses, or phishing scams.
- Running any illegal activities or businesses prohibited by law.
- Infringing on someone else's copyrights or intellectual property.
If we catch you doing any of the above, we'll shut down your access immediately without a refund.
8. Third-Party Links
Through our "Insights" articles or specific client features, you might stumble upon links pointing to other websites. Just a heads up—we don't control those external sites and can't be held responsible for their content or security practices. Clicking on them is strictly at your own risk.
9. Uptime & SLA
We take pride in keeping our systems online and fast. However, tech isn't perfect. We don't guarantee 100% uptime unless you are on a specific Enterprise Service Level Agreement (SLA). There might be occasional hiccups or scheduled maintenance downtime, which we try our best to announce beforehand.
10. Resolving Disputes
If we ever have a disagreement, let's try to talk it out first. Any legal disputes arising from these terms will first be attempted to be resolved amicably through mediation. If that fails, the issue will be handled exclusively under the jurisdiction of the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
11. Indemnification
In plain English: if you do something highly illegal or reckless using our services and we get sued because of it, you agree to cover our legal fees and defend Orbitcore against those claims. You take full responsibility for what you build or do on our infrastructure.
12. Changes to These Terms
We might tweak these terms from time to time to keep up with new business directions or legal rules. You can always see the "Last Updated" date at the top. For substantial changes that heavily impact ongoing contracts, we'll drop you an email. Continuing to use our stuff after an update means you're cool with the new terms.
