  • Personal Data: We collect your Name, Email, Phone Number (optional), and any messages/files you submit via our Contact or Career forms.
  • Project Details: Information regarding your project requirements, budget, timeline, and selected services.
  • Technical Data: Your IP address, browser type, and interaction metrics gathered through essential security services like Cloudflare Turnstile CAPTCHA.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use the collected information strictly for business and operational purposes, including:

  • Responding to your inquiries and providing service quotations.
  • Evaluating candidates for career opportunities within Orbitcore.
  • Protecting our website from spam, abuse, and malicious activities.
  • Sending critical administrative emails regarding service updates.

We do NOT sell, rent, or secretly share your Personal Data with third-party advertisers.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your inquiry and application data are securely stored using Supabase, a globally recognized cloud database provider with robust encryption standards (AES-256 at rest, TLS in transit). Access to our internal dashboards (Nexus) is tightly restricted, monitored, and guarded by role-based authentication to ensure zero unauthorized access.

4. Third-Party Services

To maintain the integrity of our platform, we use Cloudflare Turnstile on our public forms. Turnstile runs automated checks to differentiate human visitors from spam bots. Please review Cloudflare's Privacy Policy to understand how they process technical interaction data.

5. Cookies & Analytics

Orbitcore utilizes localized cookies and essential analytics to monitor website performance and prevent service abuse. By interacting with our Insights articles, portfolio, and contact portals, you agree to our minimal essential cookie tracking.

  • Session Cookies: Used to maintain language preference (EN/ID) and theme mode across your visit.
  • Security Cookies: Managed by Cloudflare to ensure secure and uninterrupted access.

6. OrbitCore Connect (ISP) Data Proccessing

For customers registering for our OrbitCore Connect Fiber Optic Internet service, we are legally required to collect additional specific information to establish and maintain your connection:

  • Identity Verification: We collect your 16-digit NIK (National ID Number) to verify your identity and ensure legal compliance for telecommunications usage in Indonesia. Identity documents are stored securely and never shared with third-party marketers.
  • Location Data: Your precise installation address is collected and used strictly to dispatch survey teams, install infrastructure (cable/ONT), and coordinate maintenance or emergency repairs.
  • Communication: Your registered WhatsApp number acts as your primary account identifier and will be used to send monthly billing invoices, payment reminders, and critical network outage announcements.
  • Payment Records: Proof of payments submitted via the Customer Portal or WhatsApp are stored as financial records. We do not store your direct credit card numbers or banking PINs/passwords.

7. Your Rights Over Your Data

You have full control over the personal info you share with us. At any time, you can ask us to:

  • Access: Give you a clear copy of all the data we have on you.
  • Correct: Fix any wrong or outdated info in our system.
  • Erase: Completely wipe your personal data from our active databases (the "right to be forgotten").

8. Global Data Transfers

Because we rely on top-tier global cloud providers like Supabase and Cloudflare, your data might occasionally be stored or processed on servers outside of Indonesia. Whenever this happens, we make absolutely sure it’s legally protected under strict, international-grade security agreements. We treat your data with the same level of care, no matter where the server sits.

9. Children’s Privacy

Orbitcore’s website and enterprise tech services are built specifically for professionals and businesses. We do not intentionally collect or monitor personal data from anyone under the age of 18. If we discover that a minor has submitted their details to us (for instance, via a contact form), we’ll safely delete that data right away.

10. GDPR & CCPA Acknowledgment

If you are visiting us from the European Economic Area (EEA) or California (USA), please know that we respect the rights granted to you under the GDPR and CCPA. We only process your data when we have a legitimate business reason, such as fulfilling a contract or chatting about a potential project. You have the total right to opt-out, know what we collect, and demand erasure without facing any kind of discrimination.

Tech moves fast, and so do privacy laws. If we make any significant tweaks to this policy to better protect you or match new laws, we’ll update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. We might also give our active clients a quick heads-up via email if the changes are major.
